Brett Dashwood edp is the founding Director of The Document Institute and a recognised global expert in the preparation, processing, production, and delivery of high volume customer communication. Having spent more than two decades working with companies on 5 continents – consulting, educating, and advising them about innovative solutions to produce, manage, and deliver exceptional customer communications that achieve amazing results – Brett was asked by Xplor International to co-author the industry bible for the Electronic Document Systems Industry, the “EDBOK”. Among his customers are locally and globally recognised brands including Fuji Xerox, HP, and Kodak, as well as AMP, NIB, and Yarra Valley Water.

When not deep in the technical side of his chosen industry, Brett regularly speaks on Data, Relevancy, Partnerships, and Awareness.

Trained in Singing, Theatre, Radio, and as a Voice Actor, Brett has used the skills of improvisation and spontaneity on stage to build a reputation among corporate event organisers as an organised and entertaining compère and Master of Ceremonies.

Brett is an active member of Professional Speakers Australia, is a regular MC of PSA events in Victoria, has MC’d @Convention and many PSA events across multiple states for years, and was Convention Co-Chair for Professional Speakers Australia Convention 2016.
